Glens Falls local Yuriy Zinovyev detained by ICE!

On June 3rd, Glens Falls resident Yuriy Zinovyev was arrested by ICE in Ballston Spa, NY during a routine immigration check-in and held in Montgomery Co. jail. On June 5th, he was transferred to the Buffalo Federal Detention Center in Batavia, NY.

His friends, neighbors, and us here at Indivisible ADK/Saratoga are fighting for him!

Saturday, June 14th, N Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY

Join Indivisible ADK/Saratoga as we march in the Saratoga-Wilton Elks #161 56th annual Flag Day parade on Saturday, June 14th. We’ll be lining up to march at 11AM on a side street off of North Broadway in Saratoga Springs (exact spot to be announced), and the parade will take off at noon, with a route down Broadway to Congress Park.  We march to highlight what the flag truly represents - that we are - One Nation, Indivisible, with Liberty, and Justice for All! 

**This will be a family friendly parade and a non-protest event (for those looking to attend a protest and make a bit more noise on No Kings Day, don’t worry - we’ve got you covered with 2 other event options!). For this event:

  • Please wear your “No Kings” Indivisible ADK/Saratoga T-shirts, to convey our solidarity with the National No Kings Day movement.

  • We ask that people DO NOT carry protest signs in the march, and DO NOT stand on the sidelines with signs.

  • Please carry American flags to show that the flag and the constitution it represents, belongs to all of us!

  • For those who may not be up for marching, please feel free to join the viewers along Broadway, with a flag and a "No Kings" T-shirt.
